Quent Cordair Fine Art Terms and Conditions

Please read them carefully. Should you require any clarification of these Terms and Conditions, please ask your Sales Consultant at the time of booking.

In these Terms and Conditions, "you" means all the persons named on the booking including any added or substituted at a later date. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. On making a booking you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and to have the authority to accept and are accepting these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all of the persons named in the booking. You agree to these Terms and Conditions when you use this site and when you make a booking through Quent Cordair Fine Art and JB Travel Connections and these Terms and Conditions shall govern your use of this site and your relationship with Quent Cordair Fine Art and JB Travel Connections.

  1. Your contract
    1. Your holiday arrangements are booked through Quent Cordair Fine Art and JB Travel Connections.
    2. Your contract is with the suppliers of the services, the Cruise lines/Tour Operators. Cruise Lines are members of the Passengers Shipping Association. As we are acting as agents for these suppliers, we accept no liability for any failure in the services or any loss of any nature suffered by you as a consequence of using the services. We do not assume any responsibility for the travel products and services provided by the Third Party Supplier.
    3. When you make a booking you confirm that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms and conditions set out below.
  2. Cruise Line/Tour Operator Conditions and Fair Trading Terms
    1. Please note that all bookings are subject to the Cruise Line's conditions of booking. These contain limitations and exclusions of liability to any person who travels with the Cruise Line. They should be read carefully as you are bound by them. We will ask you to sign a booking form confirming your agreement to these terms.
    2. The accommodation and amenities are as described in the Cruise Line's brochure and therefore any changes made by the Cruise Line are subject to their booking conditions.
    3. The Cruise Line reserves the right to change itineraries and holiday details, the flight timings are provisional and could be subject to change. You will be informed of any major change.
  3. Making your payment
    1. You may make it in one of the following ways: Check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. Checks should be made payable to Quent Cordair Fine Art. All payments are to be made in US Dollars. You will need to pay a deposit of $250.00 per person at the time of booking and the balance will need to be paid by October 1, 2007. All stateroom rates are subject to availability at the time the booking is made.
  4. Prices and website accuracy
    1. Every effort is made to provide as much information as possible on this website and to ensure this information is accurate. Regrettably however changes and errors do occasionally occur. Every effort will be made to keep the prices on the website current and accurate.
  5. Special Requests
    1. Special Requests such as assigned seat number requests, special meal requests etc will be passed on to the relevant supplier but cannot be guaranteed by Quent Cordair Fine Art or JB Travel Connections.
  6. Travel Insurance
    1. It is a condition of booking with every Cruise Line or Tour Operator that passengers be advised of travel insurance availability at the time of booking. Travel Insurance is optional but should be seriously considered as unforeseen circumstances may make it necessary for you to cancel your trip and cancellation penalties may apply.
    2. Please be aware that all insurance policies contain exclusions and it is essential prior to purchasing any policy to bring any pre-existing medical conditions to the attention of the insurers. A complete description of Royal Caribbean's Travel Insurance can be found at RoyalCaribbean.com.
  7. Your Tickets
    1. Tickets and travel documents are normally supplied 10 to 14 days prior to departure. If you do not receive your tickets 7 days before departure please contact us using the contact details provided below. Please check your travel documents carefully upon receipt, and advise us immediately of any error.
  8. Passports
    1. Please note all general information relating to your destination from the Cruise Line's brochure. In particular, please note the Passport, Visa and Health requirements for your destination. When you travel with the carrier, the carrier's conditions apply. We do not accept any responsibility if you do not comply with the regulations.
    2. Passports
      • Starting December 31, 2006, the U.S. Government is introducing new passport rules that will affect travel to many destinations.
        Effective December 31, 2006 the U.S. Government's Intelligence Reform Bill requires passports for all air and sea travel to or from Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Bermuda. Don't risk disrupting your travel plans! If you are planning to join us, please take a minute to review the new regulations below. If you don't already have a valid passport, be sure to avoid the rush and give yourself plenty of time to apply for one. Once you've got a passport in hand, the whole world is yours to explore.
      • Cruise passengers will be required to present a valid passport during ship check-in formalities.
      • Passengers not holding a valid passport should apply for one as soon as possible.
      • Guests holding ARC/Green Card are exempt.

      U.S. Citizens

      For information on obtaining or renewing a passport, visit the State Department's Website or if you so choose, contact the passport service of your choice, such as Passport Express Services where you can obtain information, forms and fees by visiting their website or calling 1.800.858.8579.

      Non-U.S. Citizens

      You will need a valid passport and, in some cases, a visa. If you live in the U.S., you will also need the original copy of your Alien Registration Card (ARC or "Green Card") and any other documentation the countries on your itinerary require due to your alien status. For all sailings ending on June 25, 2005, or later, citizens from the Visa Waiver Program countries will require a machine-readable passport valid for the duration of their voyage. These countries include:

      Remember if you have any queries our Sales Consultants will be happy to advise you, and in addition we will send you full details of useful contacts, addresses and telephone numbers with your confirmation details. Please note though that it is your responsibility to obtain the relevant documentation and inoculations required, and not the responsibility of Quent Cordair Fine Art, JB Travel Connections or the Cruise Line.
  9. If you cancel your holiday
    1. Once your cruise has been booked it can be cancelled subject to payment of a cancellation charge if applicable. Royal Caribbean's Cancellations policies are as follows:

      70 days or more prior to sailing - No Charge

      69-30 days prior to sailing - Deposit amount

      29-8 days prior to sailing - 50% of total price

      7 days or less prior to sailing - No refund

      Arts program admission is separate from the cruise fees and will be non-refundable after October 1, 2007

    2. All cancellations must be made in writing by the lead name in your party to:

    3. In the event of cancellation, any charges may be recovered by your travel insurance. Please check your insurance policy for more information. If the cancellation is covered by your travel insurance this will be based on the Cruise Line's cancellation charges.
  10. Alterations to your booking by the Cruise line/Tour Operator
    1. Unfortunately we cannot control or prevent changes implemented by our suppliers. Should a change occur we will endeavor to minimize the inconvenience you may experience. We cannot however offer any compensation. Again, please refer to the booking conditions of your Cruise Line/Tour Operator.
